Felix the Violin

For years I've wanted to learn to play a number of different instruments and the violin was one of my top three. Just over a month ago, I decided that it was time to realise the dream. I tracked down a great teacher, Marelize Zeeman, who trained as a violist in Holland. I've been going for lessons once a week and it's going really well.
I named my first violin Felix after the great composer, Felix Mendelssohn, who first inspired me to play the violin. His Viollin Concerto is still one of my favourite pieces.
